Hydrolysed marine collagen we use has a molecular weight of 4000 daltons and is bioavailable for joints and skin care. This value is lower than the intestinal permeability limit, making it excellent for absorption across the gut and into the blood, where it can then get to the cells that need it (high bioavailability).
